Only CC - Pro

Customer does not want the option of cc-std just to default to cc-pro. Been perusing the
admin guide as well as the UI configuration guide & the best thing I can come up with is a
URL they can use to go to cc-pro, but it does not disable cc-std.

Any ideas ?
