Hi,

I have hundreds of thousands of documents (Knowledge Base articles) to be imported into Teamsite. There is no realistic classification to distribute articles in smaller groups. Article IDs (File name) are six digit unique numbers like 123456, 123457 etc. I can dump all articles under a single WA/Folder but that will be the worst structure and will be a nightmare from usage point of view as to locate an article the user has to scroll through thousands of articles. So I want to distribute articles into multiple folders. As mentioned earlier there is no further classification (like marketing, legal etc) available that can be used to distribute articles among various folders and thus reducing number of files under any folder to a reasonable one (may be 100s).

Can anybody throw some ideas on how best a folder structure should be created in similar situation so that navigating to a file become relatively fast!!

P.S. - Implementing Search is not an option here.
