Customize TS 6.5 Advanced Search

The TeamSite 6.5 Advance Search page allows for searching extended attributes that are indexed. I'd like to customize the extended attributes drop down list on this page:

1. Make the display of custom attributes more user friendly. Right now it shows the true TeamSite EA names. For example: TeamSite/Metadata/business_unit. Can I define a label in a configuration file so show "Business Unit" in the drop-down instead?

2. Remove the standard fields added automatically by TeamSite Search, such as "TeamSite/Templating/PrimaryDCR", BranchId, etc from the drop-down list.

Can anyone please give me some suggestions?
