MediaBin Web Services and WSE

Hello all.

I'm in the process of preparing the migration from version 4.0 SP1 to 4.5, and reading the Release Notes I noticed something that we were not aware of:
"If any of the MediaBin Web Service’s DIME methods are used, then WSE 1.0 must also be installed for DIME support."

Now, the question is: is MediaBin Web Services 4.5 compatible with WSE (Web Services Enhancements) 2.0?

If not, does anyone have a link to a document that explains how to specify that the MediaBin Web Services are to use version 1.0 on a server that has both 1.0 and 2.0 installed?
